F.A.Q.Frequently Asked Questions

If you would like to return your purchase, simply post the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days. A full refund excluding delivery charges will be issued on receipt. If you would like to exchange your order, please email eleven11tees@gmail.com with details of what you require – subject to availability.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and labelling. All goods will be inspected on return.
We recommend returns are sent by a recorded delivery service. Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting for your parcel, as you will need this in the event of a postal loss or delay.

Each and every order from Eleven:11 is custom made, and therefore takes a little extra time to produce. We aim to deliver your items within 7 to 10 days after purchase. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

You will find a handy size guide on each product page, with details of the measurements of each item. If you are still unsure, send us an email and we would be more than happy to advise!

We take great pride in producing a sustainable, ethical collection that is of the highest quality, but if you find that you have received a faulty item, send us an email at eleven11tees@gmail.com and we would be happy to offer a refund or a replacement item. You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to return a faulty item to us.
